I have a 2023 MSP running 2023.44.30.8.
I received two strikes the first weekend of using the holiday update. I received my third strike on Sunday. FSD and Autopilot were locked out for a week.
I spoke with Tesla to ask why I got locked out for 3 strikes instead of 5. After a lot of hold time, they said there is a known bug with the holiday recall pack where some cars that should have 5 strikes (like my 2023 Model S Plaid) are being locked out after only 3 strikes. They are aware of the issue but do not have a fix at this time.
