Got a call from my OA this afternoon. Left a voicemail that said something about receiving new guidance from corporate and that my 75D delivered 12/2016 should be eligible. I’ll call my SC Monday and will report back.

I just called my service center. My MS 75d was built in Sept 2016, VIN #157xxx. It does not qualify for the upgraded faster acceleration.

They might be wrong. Someone on another thread was uncorked with S75D built Aug 2016, vin 150xxx.

I got my Dec 2016 170xxx uncorked yesterday. The difference in acceleration is palpable. Unbelievable. I love tesla.

My own service center did not answer the phone nor respond to my email but Tyson's corner did and so it's just a waiting game. I'm getting my winter tires on next month so regardless I want that uncorking by then.

I received the uncorking last week. (June purchase). Sorry but I promised to keep it a surprise for all.

I would like to thank the Tesla Team, Jon McNeil!!! (Stand up guy) and the escalation team (Hanna) specifically for personally responding to my concerns and requests.

The update took approx 1.5 hrs. And the car runs flawlessly.

12.87 secs 1/4mile (in cold weather). 4.5 secs 0-100 (powertools)

Cheers to everyone getting the upgrade. Tesla Rocks!

It's not sequential so I would still find out. Make sure they use WARP service system not their outdated list

So did they do the right thing by not including RWD 75’s? And before you say they couldn’t, they did include the RWDs in the original upgrade for new cars a couple months ago.

I would say no such thing - I didn't know RWDs were excluded, haven't been following enough apparently. Too bad.

Yes. I was told around the end of October as the Tesla Team required some time to work it out. I didn't want to get everyone excited if it was pushed back or could not happen. Cheers!

I really really really hope they get around to the RWD S75, but I don't want to bug Jon McNeil about it since I assume he has more important things to get to. Congratulations on the upgrade!

Eligible, not eligible, have to upgrade and then for sure eligible??
