By popular demand (ok, only "gg_wants_a_tesla" suggested it!) here's a revised poll based on the actual colors available.

I hope to afford signature red. If not then I will go with either green or blue. I didn't see the green until after dark and it look like the black with the available light.
Interior banana leaf wood and tan leather.

Lighting was bad, but here are some photos of the color samples:

Signature red for me. That is if I can get my money there in time. :-/

I'd love to get the white leather interior, but unless there is some kind of protection you can put on it to keep jeans from staining it, I'll probably have to go with the tan.

My last name is Muir. It's kinda weird seeing my name as a color.

3 replies and 2 votes so far, (but one of the votes was mine!), please vote on the poll at the top and don't just leave a comment.

    Thanks!

I usually prefer Red and the Signature Red looks like the color I want, but there's no way I can afford a Sig, so I voted for the green since someone said in the other thread it looks a bit like racing green.

I voted Shasta Pearl White, but if, as a Sig, I can still get Catalina, I think I might.

I voted Signature Red... but I gotta ask, where did they get the name for the black leather? Are they pulling wooly mammoths out of a glacier and tanning their hides?

The green looks to be fairly dark. They should call it Subaru green.

No votes for black. What, nobody wants to wash their car every day?!

I ended up with a black Infiniti because they phased out the red, and every single other color was either awful or some shade of silver/grey (which I hate). I don't think it's ever been clean to my satisfaction.

:) I think it was meant to be a reference to Mammoth Lakes in California. I'm going with that for the interior (can't maintain anything lighter) coupled with Sequoia Green.

If I drive a car that silent, at least I want/need a color that jumps into the eye! Muir read it is. Any idea why it's not in the design studio?

How to pronounce it? Any differences between your name, the city, the color? If this getting too personal, you may omit pronunciation of your name

I used to work with a fellow named Muir. Mu as in "mew", and just add an "r" on the end. That would be "mewr" not "mewer".

I voted for Tiburon Grey. However, I'm really undecided between Muir Red, Tiburon Gray, and Catalina White.

Google "Catalina White" before you make up your mind. It might sway your decision one way or another.

I voted anza brown. I don't normally like brown cars, but the anza brown really struck me as nice. I'm over the obnoxiously over use of red in every car. It's like that car commercial I saw where someone walks into a parking lot and tries to find their car, but all of the cars are exactly the same make and color!

Over 80% of Mercs are black in this country.
