Probably worth noting that "pay-as-you-go" doesn't necessarily mean credit/debit card. It could just mean no fixed monthly cost (i.e. identical to every other app/RFID based system).

I think you’d need to use particular charging network a lot for a subscription option to make sense, i.e. not have home charging or have a job where you are on the road all the time. Subscriptions are good for the operator because it gives them a more predictable revenue stream.

For everyone else, PAYG / pay-per-use Is the way to go.
 
Tom edits quickly - only filmed it this morning. Interesting that he only got 57kW seemingly through the whole cycle, though possible as he said was losing some (I'd think 7kW in a 2019) to heating.

Wonder if Ampol are waiting on a power upgrade for the site.
