Great news. 7 seems like an odd number (yes, I know it is literally odd) of chargers. Every SC can be split 60/60 between two charging bays so it seems like they should have done 8. Oh well, I was only expecting 4 to be honest so 7 comes as a nice surprise.
I noticed the status of the San Juan Capistrano permit changed today to "corrections required". Boo!

Good news. The "corrections required" look as if they are approved. Hopefully the whole permit will be approved in a few days
Now there's a fourth review, "encroachment", which is "under review". Looking at the permit for the CHAdeMO station (B12-0485), there's no encroachment review.
I heard those guys with the CHAdeMO station are a little shady, and just offered gratuities to all the inspectors.
Encroachment permit complete pending TC Plan and Contractor info. OK to issue Building Pemrit and direct applicant to work with Public Works with the Encroachment permit.
Now the encroachment review status is "N/A" with this note:
Permit status is still "under review".
considering it just got approved, no reason to expect any active construction or installation yet.. Now we just need a crew to finish up a current project, and head over to pleasant OC for the winter.
We're sure it's the Union Bank parking lot at 31971 Camino Capistrano?
Yes, that's what the permit says, so if they want to build it somewhere else, Tesla is going to have to go through the whole long permitting process all over again!
