Seaside, CA had a red one as of a coupe weeks ago. Also saw a refreshed silver one driving in SF this week near AT&T park.

Scottsdale Fashion Square has a refreshed red 70D as well as a white/black Model X seven seat configuration.

Tysons Service Center VA, and the Store in the Mall have refreshed Model S's

Haven't read through the thread, so don't know if this is a dupe, but they have at least two in Denver - one in the store and one parked near the Superchargers.
