Has anyone who has received an invoice been given a price that is higher than what they were quoted when the order was placed? I locked my LR in at less than $80k and I am worried my invoice will come out at todays price.

Not for a 3, but my Y was ordered before it had its price rise and the invoice is the price at the time it was ordered.

It shouldn't, you will be locked into the price they advertised the day you ordered.

When speaking to Macquarie today, they did tell me that the taxes/drive away costs had changed slightly and it was going to be $19 more or something.

It's stated abundantly clear on the Order Agreement that the price won't change, with the exception of change in on road cost due to changes in taxes, address, usage, ......
