I would be careful at the moment.

Hanschow has included the following warning on their website at the moment:

there might be an issue with the new 2022 models here.

There are also several reports that the light show did not work when such a harness was installed. While the light show might be not an essential function, it could indicate that there are other functions that may not work in the future.

Not sure if this has happened to anyone else, but when I access the link to view the VIN https://www.tesla.com/en_AU/teslaaccount/ownership?rn=RNXXXXXXXXX, it's changed.

A couple of weeks ago that link took me to what appears to be the owners page, with a space where the VIN would go (it was blank) along with my documents listed (no invoice obviously) and some messages about using the app.

Now when I click the same link I just get taken to a generic dashboard page - https://www.tesla.com/teslaaccount.

This happened to anyone else?

Maybe they got sick of me hitting F5 every 10 minutes.

First ordered white on 26/12/21, changed to MSM on 06/01/22 dictated by my fashion police (daughter).
Got est. delivery of 09/03 -> 22/03 in early Feb.
Got VIN and final invoice last week.
Think I am pretty lucky with a wait time of around 8-10 weeks.

Wow, that's really lucky! I've got the same order in but put in last week (15/2). Hoping I have the same luck as you and don't have to wait the 5-7 months they're quoting

I had the same after a VIN was assigned to me, you can check your VIN in source code.
Hit ctrl + U then ctrl + F, enter LRW and you might find it.

I can’t use the API call to see if I have a VIN yet. So something must have changed

When I placed my order, I was quoted a 15 -20 weeks wait on the account page and SA told me to expect May/June delivery. So, yeah, there is definitely hope for earlier delivery. Perhaps when Giga Berlin kicks off, it will take pressure off Giga Shanghai.

So I had to say "Model 3" instead.....

Hi All,

Just joined the back of the line for my M3. Ordered 1 week before they extended out to 5-7 months.
Figured I'd come here and find others waiting for their M3 to be delivered, because you know, misery loves company

I know my wife is already sick of hearing me count down the days - and I'm working on 20 weeks max based on what my account says.
Hope to learn some good stuff here whilst i wait.

I finally joined the (now really long) queue and placed my order for a M3 RWD. Had my first test drive yesterday at Alexandria and fell in love instantly. My wife was skeptical at first as she really didn't know much about the car and is a fan of her current 2019 Honda CRV - she has now also been converted

I've been lurking in the forums for a while in the lead up to placing my order and the info and community here is fantastic.

TBH the accessory shopping is probably the most fun(and yet frustrating) thing to do while waiting for the car.
Also browsing thingiverse if you have the advantage of owning a 3d printer - there's some nice idea's there(Also a lot of crap ones).

Max we must be married to the same type of woman. Yesterday she gave me a quota of only 1 comment about the Tesla per day... and I know that will quickly move in to no comments about the Tesla - period!
