Is this through Skid Control? I'm obviously completely clueless, but how does it work in an all wheel drive car without a handbrake? Do you just disable traction control, turn the wheel and then plant it, to break traction?

M3P has th track mode. In there is default drift setting which channels most of the drive to the rear

I thought skid pans were done by raising corners off the ground to simulate loss of grip. Have never been but would give it a go if there was one in VIC. Off to Google now...

Identification Plate date (Compliance plate) ? I guess that's a start, but the build date on the invoice will be the absolute.

I think it might be automated.

I had to get a correction done and I went from no value in my ODO to 4km - not something a person would just add.
Someone might have to press a button for a new invoice perhaps?

Pretty sure my first invoice came through on a Sunday (17/7).

I'll confirm when I get the invoice but given the registration papers state 'month/year made' as '7/2022' it will be a July date.

i am also thinking the same. If it is a July built. I couldn't find any news about shanghai upgrade being completed early. first of the Model Y deliveries are hitting and people with invoice due date may be cancelling M3s? the late EDD also could be because all the cars on the ship already had all the road transport booked. they would want to deal with all cancellations together once they clear the already booked deliveries.
Come on, need confirmation one way or the other...weekend cannot go any faster, can it?

Can you elaborate more on this data logger? What is it, where do you get/access it, is it something that needs to be installed by a professional, etc.?
