For us February M3 plain vanilla orderers, what appeared to be a light at the end of the tunnel in July turned out to be a train headed straight for us loaded with MYs and M3LR & M3Ps.
I wasn't aware that Hoopyfrood had a brother who also ordered a car...

Yeah definitely happy, I do like the matte black TESLA badge on the back and removed the dual motor badge completely as well, love the more simplistic look. I'll try and get some night shots of it

Maybe based on those that are still within their EDD window? The wait sucks but the latest my date range is December despite my impatience.
I imagine it would feel like Tesla has screwed those that have waited longer than they were told.

True, I think the main frustration is seeing endless reports of everything but the base model 3 (ordered well after January/February) now driving around here. Don’t even mention the MY’s ordered in June and here the next month. I understand the EDD window, but that is no consolation.
My original EDD put me at a May-July delivery and the SA who signed me up pretty much guaranteed I would get it before the EOFY.
I get it isn't the end of the world, but I sold my car in March and it's now been almost eight months since I ordered.

ahhh OK so apparently the line upgrades weren't completed fully?? and now they are?? with testing ramping up until the 30th of sept..
