Do you have confirmation of this? They make profit on all their cars, the margins confirm this.
I mean it's cheaper for them to ship to nearer countries to China, or not ship at all and sell domestically.
Their margins for RWD esp feb/march is lower then other countries. They underpriced it, along with inflation, material costs and dropping AUD all contribute to this.
For most of the westernised nations tesla is the cheapest here.
Guys, just notice some change to the account. it definitely looks a bit different (some content now hidden). Could it be possible good sign for VIC order???? or just merely my illusion)
Sorry to disappoint, but I periodically have had that...still the dreaded Aug-Nov delivery date...I hope I am wrong as your car and mine look identical..including the EDD, good luck this weekend maybe

Did a test drive today.
Still an excellent car! I focused more on comfort and driving on regular roads I was familiar with to gauge what the “daily driving” experience is like.
The guys there were confident my car will be along soon and that they’re expecting cars in as soon as next week.
I’m not sure I believe it, but I want to!

If I had a dollar for every time I'd seen this leap of faith I could have bought myself an S plaid
As much as I know the SA's know nothing, that just flames my fragile hope that Clover Ace has some 3's en route to WA that just aren't assigned yet
So now at 242 days, 8 Months to the day from order - still no sign of the elusive VIN. EDD still showing Aug-Nov 2022. Thinking that if VINs are not assigned at sea we are going to be bumped to Q1 2023 which really sucks!!
