In it they said: "in the meantime if you have any questions before your car arrives, or to request a call back, the quickest way to get in touch is via reply SMS".

Great work, keep us in the loop! Very curious to hear what he says.Just sent out an email to the ACT manager. I've asked if he can comment on the possibility that our vehicles are on the Don Juan or if Canberra customers (and potentially other locations) have missed out and need to wait on the next ship. Also asked if he can confirm that the VIN assignments are handled on a delivery centre level which would explain customers receiving a VIN within a week while others in other cities are still waiting etc.
