Shorter line in Phoenix, just like San DiegoThe magic 8 ball likes you.
Tesla is screwing up doing this. How the hell is it fair that day 1 reservation holders/earlier orders are getting passed over and over like this.

Not sure on VIN. There is one in my online contract, but the "next steps" does not have the vin number assigned check box checked. So, is the VIN in the contract the real VIN or just a place holder?
Delivery scheduled for tomorrow BUT got a call this afternoon saying my 3 hasn't arrived yet and delivery will need to be rescheduled. Follow-up call to reschedule to Saturday. Same VIN, just a short delay. And now... I have a delivery date!
Blue AWD EAP Aero

Configured: 6/27
VIN: 7/29 (64xxx)
Delivery: 8/21
AWD, Red, Aero wheels, EAP
Reserved in-store 3/31/16

It took a few days before the VIN that was listed in the MVPA showed up in my account page. My account page now matches the MVPA, so it wasn't a place holder. Interestingly, I'm still awaiting the ability to make my final payment.
If you can access this link (replace RNXXXXXXXXX with your reservation number), then I believe it is the consensus here that you do not have a VIN assigned yet: Tesla SSO – Login
What happens when you click the edit button? If you mess up the url when manually typing it you will also be taken back to the manage page. Are we pretty sure about this? When I follow the instructions it takes me to the overview page and not the edit page.
But.. I still have an edit button. ??
I was told by Tesla, two different individuals at two different times, if you do not like their (Tesla's) quote, they will accept CarMax quotes. I would think it unreasonable they would match anyone else's. On that point they will not match Kelly Blue Book.Anyone who did a trade-in: did the SMS link form ask you for mileage anywhere in the process?
Any experience with trying to get them to match carvana?
Did your delivery fall through, or did you just get pushed back for changing configuration? You got that right! Especially since I made the poor decision to sell my previously car a bit too early. Ever since I canceled my RWD, I've been checking the Tesla site multiple times a day too.
They ask for mileage and want the odometer to be within 1000 miles of your stated mileage when you take it in for trade-in.I was told by Tesla, two different individuals at two different times, if you do not like their (Tesla's) quote, they will accept CarMax quotes. Don't they call?I've been checking the Tesla site multiple times a day too.
Willa, if you divide your mileage by your car's age, what's it work out to as far as avg annual? That is what concerns me. If I have to wait very long for another match after my delivery was canceled, I might end up going over in terms of miles since the car I am trading in is my daily driver.
Approximately 12000/year.Willa, if you divide your mileage by your car's age, what's it work out to as far as avg annual?
They would not match Carvana for me on a new S.Anyone who did a trade-in: did the SMS link form ask you for mileage anywhere in the process?
