HOLY SMOKES!!! I refreshed the Tesla web page today and there it was, a VIN number and a shortened Delivery Range Sept 5 -Sept 9. F535 I checked the app and same thing. Looks like this might actually happen. 299 days from order to delivery if all goes well and this is how I feel.

I called the sa to schedule delivery and he said all model Ys from Freemont starting sometime last week have the new interior and matrix headlights. My car was born on August 22nd.
I really wonder what’s causing such an issue. A MYP coming on the last month of the quarter that keeps getting pushed is weird. Hang in there! You will still get a vin at latest next month I think.

Out of the "blue" today I received a VIN with an EDD of 8/28 - 9/3. Appears to be coming from Austin: A010

Originally it was Dec 2022 when I first ordered with MSM and 19”. I updated my order on 2/19 to Blue with 20”, and the EDD moved to Sep - Nov 2022, then a few weeks ago it changed to 9/26/22- 10/31/22.
Basically what my order has done after upgrading to blue....except for the final step of a surprise VIN!!...LOL
I'm still sitting at 9/28 to 11/2 for my EDD. It is encouraging to see more Jan/Feb and now some Mar orders getting VINs.

If you order a MYLR now, the estimates have pulled in closer. I guess ramp is real.

Went from 14 day to 10 day window this morning.
New edd is Sept8-18. No VIN yet.

You are very close. I had my 10 day window pushed out once, and then got my VIN a few days after that with a new 5 day delivery window.
