So “something” happened to my vin.. they assigned me another vehicle which has an eta of mid to end sept.. not sure i believe it but whatever

You know that by looking at your hidden VIN? Different from before?

I was supposed to pick up my MYLR last Friday but they told me few hours before scheduled pick-up time (I had everything ready) that it was still on the train even though I emailed them the night before asking if everything is good to go and they replied yes.

If we didn't like and invested in all the accessories/kits already for the Tesla, I probably would've told them to refund me.

I had to call my auto insurance to cancel the insurance on the same day and we have to re-apply for the finance again as it expired yesterday. The rate we had was 6.02% for 5 years now turned into 6.99% for 5 years.

Very bad reputation for them to start off.
This is at the Toronto-Lawrence Avenue location.

Oh same boat as me... was supposed to pick up Saturday at Lawrence, but they told me Friday morning that it wouldn't make it on time.
Was finally able to reschedule yesterday to pick up end of this week.
I didn't bother cancelling insurance as it would've only been a few days anyway.

Sorry to hear that. Maybe that car had some issues and they had to swap it out?

Hum strange that they all ready gave you a VIN! I don't have any VIN except a hidden VIN and when I ask them (Laval) they tell me that don't have it and they'll attribute it when the cars arrive closer...

With all the excitement of the car, I forgot to mention....I picked my car on Sat. I did not find any flaws. The delivery was pretty smooth.
My friend (my referer) said he only got 2000 credits so far. He was supposed to get 10,000. Anyone who took delivery recently know if it comes in 2 parts or something?

Our EDD was pushed back 2 weeks and we have a new VIN assigned as well.

Thanks for the update! Was yours on Viking Sea as well? My EDD is Aug 29 - Sep 12. The SA said I should expect it during the first week of Sep. I'm not sure whether the long weekend would ruin it. Location: Oakville, Ontario.

Me too. M pick up date is august 29 th to September 12 th. Don’t see any vin . Called Oakville location . Said weld of September

I was at Tesla Kitchener today and they have a full lot of vehicles. I was there all morning and I saw no deliveries. A couple people came in inquiring, one did a test drive. But it was pretty quiet while I waited for my service to be completed.

Your VIN is in one of two documents on Tesla account page for the new car

Check for the hidden vin. Search for “vin” in the page source of your Tesla accounts webpage.

You're lucky to already have a VIN assigned.
I ordered on July 7th... No hidden VIN yet. EDD is currently showing as Sep 7-21.

Same EDD but VIN hided in one of documents. I think yours shall be there too.
