So they actually tried a second time for you too and also got cancelled ?

as you can probably tell, I'm a little salty
They just posted an instagram story linking to that youtube video too, wow they might lose money on this as it will cost them $16 in fees every time they refund an order..
Does anyone know the difference between these two adapters?

My guess is that the September one is a different design without the locking pin.
Just a reminder for this comparative table listing all (or most) of the new (2022) CCS1 adapters out there. Posts on that Thread discuss some of these same issues.
I've posted this around the pertinent Forum sites: apparently the Soom Lab website no longer lists the Tesla CCS1 adapter as a product (it has been "scrubbed"). I tried searching the site for "tesla," "ccs," "ccs1," and "adapter" and got no results. (Maybe this is "old news," but new to me.)
Yes of course because they were losing $16 on each order they could not fufill.
I just got my A2Z adapter ($379 CAD all-in, shipped) and it works great. Quite heavy for its size, but well built. Feels funny inserting the plug and adapter into the small Tesla port but when settled in there it seems quite stable. It electronically locks and works basically flawlessly. Just used it on a local 50kW charger and got 46kW (but I was at 96% charge, just testing it out haha).
Better than waiting on a Tesla adapter that you have know idea when it will be released!

I got my A2Z adapter over a week ago but been out of town, just opened it yesterday and will try to test it this weekend. looks solid, heavy and nicely built. can't wait to try it out
