Yes, the Tesla Korea one is rare now because you can't get one anymore, that is an excellent price..

Also the US adapter part number is 1656565-00-A and the Korea one is 1656565-10-A..

I heard from someone in the know the Korea one was not deemed compatible with Models S/X by Tesla. Yes some say they work. Perhaps the new one model number has some change to it? Maybe it can really do 250KW? There is a ChargePoint 350KW FAST charger near my home with 350KW. I intend to test it, hopefully when it arrives my SOC is low.

You won't be able to get 250kw. Not with a 500A charger with a 400 volt battery.

I just ordered mine from Tesla. I expected Tesla to start selling them once all the hanshow’s of the world started selling them.

Hansshow is showing theirs are in stock and at the same price as tesla. I think I'll go first party over third party.

On the charger itself. EA is upgrading their network and hardware in some locations. I'm charging at an EA right now as I type this. It's been free for the last two weeks so far.

It says as much right on the chargers. I think it started 9/7. It has been reported in various threads here, but you can check the PlugShare app, people tend to put a note in about it being free. So you can check a particular site to see if people have reported anything.

There's a supercharger right outside the entrance to the south rim, but it's good to have a backup plan.

the pin locks to the adapter, and the adapted locks to the car, so they'd have to rip at it pretty friggin hard. I've been using the adapter for months, thing is solid and pretty hard to detach if locked in.
