The cars are not assigned solely on an "first come / first served basis." They are assigned based on a number of factors: build details, destination, transportation availability, etc. It's not "unfair," but it can be unfortunate. I was lucky that my car was delivered much earlier than the website estimated, but roughly in line with Sales Center estimates.

there must be something else with this order? Did you have it on hold? Did you change it? Did you bang the SC's wife. This is crazy that you ordered in march and are seeing that date rangeordered 3/21....now the website says 8/2-9/1....w t h?
Maybe.... But in my case, I ordered in April before the price increases and received my car a bit earlier than estimated. The car did have an April build date.

didn't put anything on hold...they gave me a finance rate from the bank they use and I didn't "confirm" it...but I think I will use my own bank.

Havenāt really talk to my SA, so I went into the Fort Lauderdale store today and they were very helpful. They located my car itās on a truck on its way here. He said hopefully Iāll be getting my car earlier than the estimated dates as they deliver 60 cars here a day. My date range June 11-17 got my Vin last weekend. Ordered May 10
Ordered 4/23 in MA, MYLR Blue/White w/ tow. Got VIN yesterday, EDD now Jun 14-20 at Dedham SC (not yet scheduled). Hang in there folks

So depressing. If it wasn't for the Supercharging network and OTA updates, I would jump ship. Ford dealers within 20 miles of me show 70 Mustang Mach-E's in inventory of various configs (AWD, LR, etc).
