Thanks for that link. I can't tell from it whether the price increase applied retroactively to previous orders. The service costs aren't part of the order contract. The post-delivery software updates, though, are part of the configuration of The Vehicle.

Well the purchase agreement that you signed doesn't really have any of the prices fixed/locked or the availability guaranteed either. FWIW, here's another example: The S40 (software locked S60) can no longer be software unlocked simply because the service center refuses to do it now.
