Look at the 11th digit for location. It will be either A (Austin) or F (Fremont)
Under Registration Details>Tesla Location>Fremont - Direct Delivery
Texted the SA number and they confirmed it will be fulfilled direct from the factory.
I live in the bay area 30 minutes from the factory. So not terribly surprising. Just need them to run a blue batch.
FYI Got email that my mobil charger has shipped. No EDD update and no VIN. I checked html https://www.tesla.com/teslaaccount/product-finalize?rn=RNxxxxxxx to confirm as well. PS Using above html I saw "edit design" link which is not available if I login to my order via Tesla homepage. Thought that was interesting 
This wait is killing me. Seeing so many people with my OD getting vin assignments and I've still got nothing.

Seems like I need to temper my expectations because assigned EDD range evidently doesn't mean much and can change any time. Hoping to get delivery before the end of March

Doesn't mean much. Just that they can see in the system when your vehicle will go into production and they can also see a narrowed EDD different from the EDD you see. The EDD in your app might change soon.
