Im guessing you're not a SE. If you were then you would know that in our field, you make more money by leaving than by staying.Your certain how company policy works yet you’ve bounced to 4 or more tech companies lol. Possibly you judged those CEO’s by assumption like you do Musk?
By staying you get the pathetic ~2-3% company yearly raise. By leaving you're looking at a 15-25% raise.
You don't want to be the person who stays at a company for $1-2k, You want to be the person who leaves for $15-35k every ~2 years plus sign on bonus.
