Martin Eberhard sold me on an idea that changed my life 6 years ago! :scared:

My vote goes to....

Johnny Chen, Service Advisor, Melno Park gets my vote. I came in without an appointment. The place was slammed that day, but Johnny got me in and out and took all the friction out of the visit. Did I mention I didn't have an appointment? He took my keys, found the car on the lot, found a tech, took care of the request, wrote me up and got me back on the road in no time. If that's Tesla's culture around customer service, they're going to be a very successful, outstanding company. I don't get service like that out of dealers representing Detroit, Stuttgart or Tokyo.

I mentioned them once before, but having had to take my car into the Portland, OR service center I'll reiterate that they were awesome. Jason, the main tech, is always stellar. They've added a couple new folks, one is sort of the front facing fellow named Adam (I think his title is "customer advisor" or some such) and he was awesome too. It's great to see the Portland service center growing.

The gig is up, ckessel. I always wondered where you were from since you don't have "location" listed under your name. Aha!

Wait, your "location" says "So Cal" yet you're servicing in Menlo Park? Now I'm rethinking that whole ckessel comment above!

I would have to vote for Jamie Hawn, Delivery Specialist out of Wash. DC.
I've "known" her since the get amped events and she has gone above and beyond in making sure I was always taken care of, even when she was completely swamped with year end deliveries.
Always responds immediately. Even responded to me recently on a weekend while attending a friend's wedding!

Cecily Cappello. Inside Delivery Specialist for my area. Answered ever question (there were many) promptly and troubleshot every problem even when not part of her job description.

George B. A U of Delaware graduate, former Delaware resident, who, given his position in the company is very accessible and apparently a very nice, normal human being

Really everyone I have dealt with from Tesla has been awesome, but...

So far...the best of the best I have dealt with has been Garine (Gar) Kevranian - Formerly Inside Sales Advisor, recently promoted to "Regional Team Lead - Inside Sales"

I am still awaiting my silver p85 - expecting that delivery day call any moment now - can you say pins and needles!

More about Gar - She has been FANTASTIC! So much so i had to send her manager a note letting Sean know how happy I have been with the service and support she has provided.

Every question I have, she has an enthusiastic answer for me right away. Her understanding of my anxiousness as i await my new baby and thoughtfulness of her responses both in email and on the phone have been very comforting. Especially considering this is the most I have ever spent on a car, it is a great feeling to have someone so knowledgeable, kind, considerate and patient. Gives me a lot of confidence in the company and therefore in the product.

I really hope the real thing wont let me down when it arrives (all owners I have spoken to lead me to believe it will easily exceed my high expectations!)

Cheers,

P.S. A shot out to other Tesla owners - everyone I have encountered, from the showroom, to stopping a guy on the street, to meeting up with a few locals, Tesla Owners are GREAT ambassadors for the car and the company -- no matter how many negative (true or false) things you read on line, the owners you meet in person give such a great vibe. DAMMIT I CANNOT WAIT FOR MY CARRRRRRR!!!!!

...maybe off topic, but I had the privilege of being in the crowd around George B. @ the factory reception Saturday evening @ Teslive, and listening/talking to him for more than an hour. Approachable, personable, smart, experienced, pretty candid where possible, engaged/involved (taking notes as appropriate including personal requests), signing autographs, telling stories about 2 amazing visionaries he has had the good fortune to work with. I am suitably impressed.

Kevin Yu, director of CPO
He has a HUGE amount on his plate but does whatever he can, at any hour, on any day, to solve problems and do his best for Tesla and its customers. He gets it.

Vince Santos, of service in LA
For people who know what the customer interface at Tesla service in LA was like two years ago, no explanation is needed, but Vince has an excellent attitude. A fantastic person to handle a sometimes difficult job.

Adam Slusser, manager of Santa Monica sales office
Adam has great passion, understands Tesla and its customers (in part because he has been with the company for a while), and has integrity. He's the kind of guy with whom you'd like to just spends hours talking.
