Free 2 Years Supercharge?

I can't get my delivery center to call me back on this one.. but I've talked to several people at tesla and get totally different stories. Corporate said delivery is only place that can add to account. Delivery won't return calls . Online chat was rude and just responded with the 888 number and ended chat.. bam!

Called today and got a regional person who said by end of month as they are having to manually enter everyone in the system.. Not sure what to believe or how to deal with this..

Nothing for me yet. Hoping they are actually doing it slowly and that mine will soon show. My advisor is pretty responsive to texting but I know he doesn’t work Mondays so I was holding off til tomorrow but didn’t expect to see more people getting it added today. Hoping for good news tomorrow.

Picked up the car about 2 weeks ago and my free supercharging was just enabled within the last hour or so. Currently sitting at a supercharger. :-D

I bought my M3 mid September, and it just showed on my account today.

Took delivery on Sept 20, sales said I was submitted for the free supercharging and it would take two weeks. Two weeks rolled around and he told me "I meant two weeks from the end of September."

Still on pay per use, but I have 78 referral miles left.

I’m still on pay per use too. I texted my advisor a couple times, no answer. Emailed my delivery specialist, he’s out of office til Thursday.

called today since no one returned calls or texts.. lady assured me and looked at account and saw that they submitted a case for my account so it’s in the system.
For being so techie they are really slow at updating the account

Just got told that my case was declined by Tesla HQ. They were told initially they'd allow an exception for deliveries 1 week prior to the start of the incentive but he sent the internal screen shot of the email claiming that they weren’t budging on the date of 9/13 anymore. Pretty messed up and upsetting but what are you gonna do...

I signed for and picked up my Model 3 on September 27th.

I called and they said I should get the charging on October 1st.

Is there anything else I need to do on my end? Some folks seem to already have it and based on prior experiences with Tesla customer service everyone seems to be informed differently on certain things or news travels slowly over there.

I was told that the it would not be activated until after the 10 day grace return period was over. I first supercharged at around 6 days after delivery and got charged but they have been free since.

We bought our Model 3 on September 24th and picked it up on the 25th. We were initially told it wouldn't be activated until roughly 30 days later. Noticed about a week ago that Free Supercharging was active on our account.

My referral reward 1000 miles I thought was going to expire after 6 months.
However, it is still showing balance of 830 miles on my App after 6 months and 2 weeks.

I need a new referral. Man I really thought I was going to get the 2 years free. What a bummer. Picked up delivery September 7th and I have 3k miles already. Would love to not be paying for super charges

Does somwbody knows if this of 2 years supercharger applied to US only or also EU?

I took delivery of my car on September 29th and still have not received the free supercharging miles. My sales advisor assured me she requested it on my account and my delivery advisor said it would take about 10-14 days after delivery. It's been over three weeks and mine still says pay per use.
