called today since no one returned calls or texts.. lady assured me and looked at account and saw that they submitted a case for my account so it’s in the system.
For being so techie they are really slow at updating the account
I signed for and picked up my Model 3 on September 27th.
I called and they said I should get the charging on October 1st.
Is there anything else I need to do on my end? Some folks seem to already have it and based on prior experiences with Tesla customer service everyone seems to be informed differently on certain things or news travels slowly over there.
My referral reward 1000 miles I thought was going to expire after 6 months.
However, it is still showing balance of 830 miles on my App after 6 months and 2 weeks.
