Good call with the reflection. Something that sticks out to me is a duller white/grey on the leading lip that does not appear to be a reflection nor does it move with the other reflection... MUSTACHE?!?!?!?!?!???!!!It's hard to see on the still image, but in the video you can see the light reflecting off the edge on the nose. It's clearly different, and the front looks more rounded all the way across than on the prototype. The duck face is gone.

I can't believe I'm getting involved in this conversation, but it looks like there is a darker area about the same shape and location as those lights, so maybe they were not installed or functioning (just like the third brake light). Or maybe I'm just seeing what I want to see.

I still see the duck bill to some extent. I just don't think it is as high up as before.
Also I am not seeing the mustache like what was mentioned on the Model 3 Owners update video. I am personally hoping it doesn't have the stache.
