Right now it doesn't really matter. Once the early public beta testers receive the upgrade we'll know soon enough. I don't even bother watching for it until that happens,

2022.16.3.5 was reported on Teslascope, not .20 branch. So, no new testers will be added this round.

That guy is famous now. I have to agree he puts a lot of effort into his testing & videos
Looks like 1 vehicle on each of TeslaFi and TeslaScope showing the FSD Beta 10.13 / 2022.16.3.5 update pending or installed so far.
You have to follow his link. It’s not appearing on the main software page of TeslaFi for whatever reason.
Looks like it WAS relevant after all. I must have misread this morning since I only saw in passing. It is 16.3.5 on Stats with 0 installs too.

hope this fixes the center-bias for unmarked residential roads.
I live in a new subdivision with no center marking, and my car tries to drive in the middle of what-would-become 4-lane road!
I reported FSD Beta on the same spot about 20 times. Hope this helps!

It was reported on Twitter by an influencer. Don’t recall which one. Mars, Sawyer, Green, etc.
But that wouldn’t exclude people who aren’t in the beta yet but are still on 2022.16, right? That’s the scenario I’m in. The last install I got was 2022.16.3. I’m hoping (perhaps unrealistically) that this is why.

I think it does, based on history and tesla practices. We will know soon enough, if anyone new reports getting in.
TeslaFi firmware main page only shows a new version after install has completed, but you can jump straight to a version to see pending installs. This URL should continue to work once the 1 scheduled install finishes:

Assuming Tesla wants to avoid reverting 2022.20.x features for those who already have it or could install it (about 26% of TeslaFi fleet), Tesla might do a final merge FSD Beta 10.13.2 for wider audience based on 2022.20.x branch or only roll it out to the majority still on 2022.16.3 or older.
Unfortunately you start over and are given the same "respect" and priority as someone who has never seen a Tesla in their life and bought one the same day. You better work on that Safety Score. IMO this is one of Tesla's most obtuse moves and discourages people to upgrade.
