What do you guys think of white exterior and white interior?
Be too much?
I think it would look great and be cool for the summer, but it might remind people of this:

...Tesla indicated the grey seats are discontinued as of 1/1/2017 and therefore they would not be able to build my car as configured in January....
Update: followed up with my delivery specialist today about logistics where he indicated grey interior S's will be built in January 2017.

My prior correspondence with Fremont suggested no grey seats would be produced after 12/31/2016 thus any grey seat Model S would be pushed out in 2016 - hence the reason for them contacting me in the first place last month. However, today I was informed my build date is set for early January, even though a 2016 VIN was already assigned to the car, and that a "VIN refresh" would occur indicating a 2017 build. Delivery is expected for mid-to-late January even though tesla.com lists "Late December - January, 2017".

No real complaints on my side as all else equal I'd prefer a 2017 to 2016 VIN, even if there's no material difference between the two builds.

FWIW car is a 60 (62.4?) and optioned out except for cold weather/child seats/air suspension.

Update: Tesla contacted me today indicating "the factory was not tooled to make grey seats after 12/31" and offered a free "upgrade" to the premium seats.

Personally, I liked the gray leather but alas..., anyways they offered WHITE / TAN / BLACK and since the S60 I ordered already carried the premium package, whichever option I chose would also be vented. Hooray, I guess.

tl;dr - grey seats have been discontinued as of 2017; if you had configured your 2016 (but-now-really-2017-not-yet-built) order with them you will need to choose a new WHITE/TAN/BLACK premium seat option.
