Any thoughts on when inventory and/or used model 3's will show up on Tesla/Tesla CPO?
I would never BUY a demo car though, at least not for myself (not unless it was discounted enough to count for all the people who had got into it to test drive it, and for all the test drive "lets see what this thing can really do!!!" test drives which is likely 95% of them.
When I bought my car, I was offered a car that had been the showroom display model at another store. They offered me $1500 off if I wanted that one. It was being sold as new with <50 miles on it. This was in addition to several other inventory units that they had on offer. The showroom model had 19" wheels which I didn't want, and the Tesla rep said that they weren't able to swap them for the 18" Aeros. If they had, I probably would have bought it, as it was Red, which was a color that I wanted. Not sure why they wouldn't swap the wheels with another car that had the 18" wheels.
Not sure, but could be because the Monroney sticker has the wheels on it, and unlike a dealer who could give you a contract or have you sign something saying they swapped it, tesla likely isnt setup for that. Just a guess though.
A) Never got a Monroney on my car, and didn't see one on any of them.
B) For other inventory cars, they did give me the option to swap wheels, since I wanted the 18" wheels and a lot of cars they were finding had the 19" wheels.
I almost took the Red car, thinking I could probably find somebody on a forum like this that would be willing to work out a swap.
The monroneys are not on the car
That's actually illegal (for cars sold as new) but Tesla seems to be doing it on a widespread basis and nobody seems to be caring about it.
I know, thats why I asked for it. I dont know if its illegal not to have the sticker on the car though.
spoke with an OA and she sent me a couple of 3s available in Georgia. would be great for these to show up in Ev-CPO, not sure how hard that would be though

Legally they can’t. Have to sell car as configured. When I bought my car, I was offered a car that had been the showroom display model at another store. They offered me $1500 off if I wanted that one. The price was enough where the buying the LR RWD was a better deal than buying the MR RWD due to the amount of miles on the car.
