I took delivery at the factory in late Dec of my P100D. Dropped it off at a film/tint shop just across the 880 immediately. During the process we discovered a flaw in the front bumper paint. Contacted Ray at the Fremont service center who had me bring it right in. On his own initiative, he got clearance to source a new blue bumper from factory stock and installed it right away so that the PPF process could be completed and I can reclaim it on schedule next week. Outstanding job!
