Nothing saying Tesla couldn't pull the same to hold the reveal super-late on the 30th, or just after midnight on the 31st, which will check all the boxes while still solving the concerns about letting folks see the reveal before stores start opening to take deposits.

What time is the reveal expected to be? Weren't the others at 8PM PST? I made a countdown clock on timeanddate.com and its about 2 hours earlier.

We don't know when it will be. The confusing part is that Elon said the Tesla stores will begin selling (reserving) the same day as the reveal. Trying to make those statements work together isn't working out too well.

Only time will tell, but we should know soon, I would think.
