Quick question, does anyone know if a VIN has been issued and something has happened during production and that Chassis is scrapped, can the same VIN reemerge on the line at a later time as an entirely new chassis later on in production?

By law, the VIN stays with the chassis/body. If the chassis is scrapped, the VIN is scrapped. It cannot be reused.

VIN 840 still waiting in Florida. I got call from DS two weeks ago saying it was going into production last week and expect delivery early June.
