This means no 4680 cells yet. I bet they update it when the 4680 cells come out later.
My reservation shows the old price and new features.
Where are you seeing the new features on your reservation? If I go to my "build details" it shows the old stuff.
Really don't like the yoke steering wheel. Also don't like the lack of stalks - I hope they figure out a better way to turn on windshield wipers than what's in the Model 3.
The three screens are awesome. Love the back screen. Video games in the rear will definitely be a hit with kids.
Can't tell if they changed the middle row seats at all. Would love to have arm rests on the middle row.

There is a button in the left stalk on the 3.
Obviously though stalks are now gone in the new S/X.
Can't see a wipers button on the new steering wheel screenshot (only left/right blinkers and headlights on the left, and the right side you can't makeout but I assume it's autopilot, voice and some screen selector)
Well. I think I did the right choice taking my delivery last December. But pretty cool updates just not for me. Happy with my 371mi range lol
Range dipped, but charging rate appears to have increased. Old website showed up to 142 miles gained on a 15min charge (main model X page may still show this) vs. newly quoted 175 miles in 15min (seen in one of the configurator's "feature details" sections).

Since they already started calling the previous generation version 2021 models at the end of last year, will this be considered a 2021.5 model? A 2022 model?

Not a deal breaker but will make me consider a Rivian a lot more. I don't want a crazy steering wheel in my family SUV. I want to be able to turn on windshield wipers and turn signals easily.
Also not sure why the range dropped. None of these changes would really significantly increase the weight - maybe they trimmed the battery a bit?
My guess - this battery pack is a hold over until 4680 is ready.
