I’m here, everything is going smooth but one hiccup is the plates are still in their way. Have to wait 30-45 minutes

I can see the next delay being the MTO running out of Green plates. I’m sure they’ve never had such a huge rush of green plates in a span of these few days

Ya hope not. Do you get to reject/accept your plates or did they just auto assign to you? My wife's pretty superstitious over numbers, so would prefer certain numbers weren't in the plate... lol

I hope not. The last thing we need are people slowing down the process even further because they're fretting about silly superstitious nonsense.

Do they just assign you a random plate of the 300 delivered or was it already pre-assigned and they have to find it for you?

I would imagine they've already been assigned as the VIN gets recorded by MTO.

My pickup is 3pm today. Mine's going straight to detailer to get opticoated and tinted. Unfortunately that means I won't have the car for two days Guess it's worth it to protect it. XPEL is another $5-6k so I decided not to go with that

I remember when my VIN got assigned the earliest you can book was June 5th for Sport wheels. So they should be coming in soon.
