count 4 more carriers loaded in the parking lot ready to roll out of Fremont right now. This one is headed NB 880

One more day and the EOQ crazy "can you pick it up today!" deliveries are over. And we get back to a normal cadence. Hopefully we hold the 6 week M3P delivery schedule.
On this topic, I was stuck in meetings yesterday and decided to use my time "productively" by running some analysis on the spreadsheet. I was most interested in the difference in order to vin time for orders that were placed in the same quarter and received vins in the same quarter versus those that didn't receive a vin in the quarter that the order was placed in. From 2018 to present, it took ~30 days to get a vin if you got in the same quarter you placed your order in. However, if your vin wait crossed quarters, that average more or less doubles (except in '21)

That’s pretty cool info. Idk how you did it. My parents have one smart
Kid and that’s my sister.

Bored data scientists get up to all kinds of mischief. Granted, I only have the data from the spreadsheet that's been posted here so its hard to know how representative it is globally but its the best we've got. I'll probably keep tinkering as a means to pass the time and will share any other interesting tidbits.

Well I'm glad I had this forum to come crying to last night! Thanks for the heads up, I'll try to get a hold of Pirelli today to see if they'll honor the warranty.

Not feeling too optimistic... I just read the updated warranty for June 2022 and they no longer have verbiage for coverage of the Pirelli Noise Cancelling System (PNCS) under Road Hazards...
Keep us updated if they don’t help you out

A bit more granular info here - order to vin average waits when in different quarters by year. Q2 to Q3 crossovers look to be pretty consistently in the 60+ day range.

Are those all Model 3s or specifically Performance models?
