Model 3 Software Updates

Not much of a roll out, 6 cars as of yesterday.

I installed 2018.24.7 today on my 3. Up from my delivery version 2018.18.14 from a 6/30/18 delivery. Unfortunately I am in Las Vegas and the car is in Florida so can’t comment on it. Girlfriend hit the install button for me.

I was told by SA at SC yesterday the 26 is due out anytime and improves on some of the issues with bluetooth but that 28 is the version that will actually fix bluetooth.

I never got the 24.7 update. I guess they held deployment until ver. 26?

You receive a notification on your phone when a software update is ready to be installed.

It's a setting you can turn on, check the Notifications portion of the phone app.

26.3 is rolling out now. 24.7 appears to have stopped. No 3s showing with the update yet. TeslaFi is showing 13 yesterday and 24 so far today.

I see a few for 24.7 today. Appears that 27.3 is mainly hitting the Model X while 24.7 is for the 3.

Been having issues with the 3 staying on WiFi with 24.1 firmware. To confirm it isn't my WiFi, the Model S stays connected.

My first Tesla, 24.7 is my first time connecting it to WiFi. I clicked on the LTE icon and up popped a drop-down menu just like on my Mac. I selected my WiFi and put in my password. Great!

Now What?

Anything I can do to test the operation? How would you know you are having issues with WiFi staying connected?

I think the only thing you can check is the streaming quality. Nothing else to really do. I'm still waiting for my update.
