It's the new battery that's coming out. It can encircle the Earth at the equator 161 times before it needs charging.

On your HPWC in the garage, it will fully charge in 8 years.

evGo can charge it for you at 30¢ per kWh, it will only cost $363,000 for a full charge.

Compared to the existing battery in the P100D, this new battery is the equivalent to a stack of the 100 kWh batteries that is approximately 1 mile high.

To charge this battery in the approximately 30 minute time period like a Tesla Supercharger, the only way you could do it is by using the entire output of the Arizona Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant (3.875 GW). At 400V input, the charging current is approximately 3 million amps.

The supercharger cable required to carry this current is a solid cylinder of copper approximately 5 feet in diameter.
