My Tesla hasn't updated to say production complete, but updated delivery range from Jan-Early Feb to "Estimated Delivery Range: January 13, 2017 - January 27, 2017" Still holding out hope that we can take delivery before the end of the year!

When I checked this morning at 3:30a PST my car was officially in transport. My DS wants to deliver on Monday but had promised last night if it was in transport by this morning I could have it on Saturday. I am 100% insisting that he keep to that timeline, since Monday is a snarl of overlapping work schedules for me and my husband, and I'd really like him to be there.

How can you tell exactly where you car is. Mine went into transit over 2 weeks ago, but still not here on the east coast. Grrrrr.....

Call your DS. They are able to "ping" the car to see where it is located

Tesla called me today and Said December 31st pickup for me in Seattle

Confirmed on the 30th of November.
Just made it by the end of the year!

The wait is over. Picked up my Model S today. It was a smooth transaction but I have to take it back after the holidays because of some spots on the hood (which they caught). Never the less, I'm loving it.

DS told me the truck is arriving this weekend. I have a feeling the car was damaged somehow and they're trying to fix it. I'm going to go take a look tomorrow and maybe test drive the 100.

There isn't p100dl because the p is the "ludicrous"

P100DL. What does the L mean?

I just ordered my 90D. March delivery. I get the free Super Charging

Aaroninsan- the L in P100DL means ludicrous. It used to be an option on earlier P models. All performance "P" models (which is now only the P100DL) now include said Ludicrous mode. It is a further performance enhancement which increase the motor current (and thus max torque) at vehicle launch. The L is now implicit.

After 2 1/2 months of waiting I'm Just about 48 hours out from my delivery appointment. Hopefully everything will go smoothly.

My car didn't leave production until it was in transport even though my Delivery Specialist confirmed it was complete. There have been other people that have reported their dashboard still said their car was in production when they picked it up. What does your Delivery Specialist say?

I will have to ping the DS. So far he (his e-mail) has lagged the dashboard by 4 days when the car went into production, and then only because I e-mailed him. I will check.
