How exactly does one keep the anticipation from killing you? Finally taking deliery of my S60 (Green /Tan, 10" Tech Package VIN 35644) on Saturday 4/12 after confirming back in late November...

Car entered production today! 32 days from confirmation. They moved the delivery up 4 days to to 4/21 (12 days from now). So new target delivery is 45 days from confirmation (I ordered and confirmed same day to avoid the extra 2 week sit time).

Wow that was fast! I _just_ changed my order last night from S60 to S85 after asking if it would affect delivery (it would not). I confirmed 3/2, still in sourcing parts. Delivery date is 5/3 =(

Have been reading the above threads in regards to vin # confirmation - I just confirmed my order this afternoon (4/8/14) and received my vin # about an hour later!! FYI - vin# is 39994 ( only 6 away from 40000! )

Update - delivery on my order changed from June to late May today!! Just over 6 weeks from confirm to delivery!! Can't wait!

My car is now in production. 33 days from confirmation I believe.

You and tliving are in production, and are east coast and southeast...I ordered and confirmed on 3/7, with delivery pick up on 4/24. Still showing sourcing, but my guess is it will go into production within the next day or so...Getting closer!

I ordered and confirmed on 3/7, with delivery pick up on 4/24. Still showing sourcing, but my guess is it will go into production within the next day or so...Getting closer!

And now the wait begins... Ordered/Confirmed yesterday, RN642092, Dashboard showing "Sourcing Parts", delivery LATE June! I sure hope that's a conservative preliminary time frame, and that I'll be pleasantly surprised once I get an actual delivery date.
Tried not to get too carried away with options to keep the cost down... S85, MC Red, Body color roof, Black Leather, Piano black trim, and the Tech Package.
Now to just try and keep myself occupied for the next two months.
Is it June yet?

AD - you may be bumped back to late May soon or early June - others have been. Which means less waiting. Vin # to delivery is looking to be 45 days for midwest to eastern states. Post your Vin # when you get it and you can go onto the spreadsheet with the others.

Did you order a P85? I'm not understanding the variance in VIN assignment times, except that I know they deliver P85's faster.

Just an 'S' 85. As much as I'd love a P85, I couldn't justify the huge price increase.

I don't really know about the VIN times either. I don't think it really matters. I don't have a VIN (confirmed 3/25). However, they have already quoted me June 5 or 6 for delivery.
