That doesn’t fill me with confidence given their poor history of merging the previous radar iteration with vision. It’s also a curious move given Elon’s long-stated approach to vision-only auto-drive.I think they are likely to reintroduce radar.
Wife says our Model Y is too harsh and has to go
Ditto - that's why we're waiting for the X too (although there are other things we don't love but can live with it). That said as I understand it there is revised suspension in the US on the Y so maybe that will improve things. The current setup is unforgivable for a car in this price bracket. Is there any news on new Model X to the UK. Wife says our Model Y is too harsh and has to go. She loves everything about the Tesla except the ridiculous suspension. If we can't get a new Model X, we might have to get a used one, but reluctant.
Likely to be USA, Shanghai or Berlin built? Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?
I was in Tesla Leeds on Thursday as my 2017 Model S Heater blew up... £1100 bill
Yes, I‘ve received a subsequent email saying it’s 3 and Y only in the UK with price reductions.I’m told the “your order will be updated” emails were a mistake.
Last year I had a ride in the back of an earlier Model Y as a taxi in Netherlands and despite their pretty good roads I couldn't wait to get out. The ride was probably the worst I've experienced on a car for a long time.Is there any news on new Model X to the UK. Wife says our Model Y is too harsh and has to go. Is that the first replacement?was in Tesla Leeds on Thursday as my 2017 Model S Heater blew up... £1100 bill
Who’s your Indy?Decent independent should be able to sort that for around £700, cost me £680 on my 2017 X last year at the garage down the road.
I think that was based on his all input is error nonsense. He was equally adamant there would be no wheel option on the S/X.That doesn’t fill me with confidence given their poor history of merging the previous radar iteration with vision. Not sure you even need to merge the data but use radar as a backup for instance. Car thinks via vision that nothing is infront of you, radar says your going to crash if you don't slow down then in my experience Radar is pretty accurate so you brake the car. Obviously you'll be taking multiple samples so in the case of Vision maybe that's 60 times per second so would be something like:I think that was based on his all input is error nonsense.
