Same for me.............my guess is that they haven't finished the upload yet and so there is nothing for the link to take you too. My Delivery person told me it would take up to 72 hours for the pay info to appear. It has just been 24 hours as of a few minutes ago. The programming probably allows the button to be there first and then the info at a later date...............I bet I will see the balance due get a number by tomorrow and then the link will go somewhere.

Mine is gone now. Looks like either Tesla fixed the bug or the DS fixed my setup in the account. All good.

I received a call from Tesla yesterday to schedule my MX delivery - Saturday, September 29. I'll be picking it up in San Francisco. Interestingly, my Tesla order status page still says "Your Tesla order has been confirmed and scheduled for production in our factory." I suspect, there needs to be an UI fix and they should add a field for Expected Delivery if the delivery specialist booked an appointment.
Anyway, it's still 3 weeks away and I can't wait!

On a side note, I understand things are pretty chaotic for Tesla’s delivery team right now but the poor follow up and communication is disappointing. I was expecting a very different experience and level of customer care but they just don’t seem able to provide it. Won’t affect them now.... but long term I hope they can find a balance again.
Mine has finally moved into production on my account page and delivery is still scheduled for September 20 in Littleton CO.
I haven’t had any success getting a response from my delivery specialist about any of my inquiries about what I need to have prepared and what the process is and my OA has not responded since I placed the order.

Thanks for the correction. My account finally shows "in production", but not sure when it changed as I finally stopped checking. Like waiting for water to boil.
My finger hurts from pressing the refresh button. Anyone else have that issue when waiting for their car? lol
Apparently it only took 12 hours to go from Fremont to Littleton Colorado because my car arrived at Littleton yesterday. “Delivery” still the 20th though.
