Wiki Model X Order/Delivery Tracking - Google Sheet

My car is at the Service Centre! So exciting! Not sure when delivery will be yet but my DS sent me a pic as it sits on the lot waiting to get processed, detailed, etc.
Original Order was placed June 30th.

Not understanding how to enter the VIN to the spreadsheet. My numbers look different than those entered already:

Ordered Aug 14
Confirmation Aug 17
VIN Assigned Aug 20
In Production xxxx
In Transit xxxx

Any guidance on how to enter the VIN into the SS?

TIA
VINs are entered typically with the last two digits replaced with just "xx".

Most use that notation, some actually supply their complete last six digits.

I think it's up to you. In any case, the Edit feature on the Google spreadsheet does have a guide, suggesting the following:

"VIN (enter 123456 or 12345x or 1234xx)
No commas. Max 6 characters. Last 1 or 2 digits can be replaced with x but not last 3."

Hope that helps.
Thanks for the tips. I was looking at the MS sheet which is why the VINs looked different. Just off the phone with our DS (who was apologetic about the delay in responding) and he scheduled us for a 9/21 pickup, but could pick up as early as 9/20. There is no production start date available, but he said the rough production end date (not including testing, shipping, detailing, etc.) is 9/10, but felt that was a SWAG. None of this shows online in our Tesla account, however.

So... I received an email this morning congratulating me on purchasing a model 3 (I ordered an X) and saying to call them within 24 hours to schedule delivery. I missed a call from someone a few hours later looking to schedule delivery. Then received a call a few hours later from someone else who correctly said they were calling to schedule a Model X.

Ordered August 24. Still not listed as in production. But delivery scheduled for 10AM September 22.

That's interesting. The website must be bugged then. Mine is still listed as in production a week after it switched from pending to in production, and I still have not heard anything from a DS. I'm guessing (hoping) that my car is still not in production after 7 days.

Thanks! I noticed that about yours. Looks like someone else with the same production start date as you already has completed production so for whatever reason yours is taking longer.... maybe.

I have a feeling their entire ordering/delivery infrastructure is beyond capacity. Looks like a lot of people received delivery dates today but still haven’t had their accounts show their cars in production.

My delivery specialist has been completely non responsive. But my OA on Monday this week said that his system shows my X as scheduled to begin production next week.

So my delivery specialist finally called me.... to schedule delivery. I told her I had already spoke to someone earlier today to schedule delivery and she said “oh”.

I said no worries I’m sure things are pretty hectic for you right now and she laughed and said yes, everyone has been saying that to me. I did get a bit more info out of her. My car is still in “pre-production” but scheduled to be complete with production September 10 and scheduled to be put on a truck for Colorado on September 20.

I just checked "My Account" and it shows this.

I have no idea what "Balance Due" is. When I click on the "View & Pay" it takes me back to the previous page. I do not have another Tesla so no supercharging. I am guessing this is just a bug in their system.

Looks like you don't have free supercharging on your tesla. Did you use a referral code when you ordered?

I got the same "balance due" message on my dashboard today and I have free supercharging. Stop trying to shill your referral code. You've already PM'd me twice about it and I'm sure you've messaged every other person in this thread too. It's excessive.

I asked because that was the only thing I can think of? There have been a lot of issues on the model 3 performance side with the free supercharging, so wasn;t sure if that carried over to this side as well. I didn't even offer my code, and you can ask the person I replied to if I PM;ed them about it. And every code I have given I have sent a free wall charger with, so it has been a win win situation. Anyways, I maxxed out my own code already

Mine is showing the same thing. I think it's just a bug. It wasn't showing like that last night
