I think you might be a little off:
2017 Model S: Frunk: 5.4 cu ft. rear hatch : 26.3 rear and rear hatch with seats down: 58.1 cu ft and rear hatch with with no rear jump seats 64.1 (under deck included) Max total= ~69.5 for the smaller flunk.
Pre facelift Model S without "D" All-Wheel is even bigger due to the larger frunk and no "bio-hazard" filter eating up all the frunk space.
See video here
Model X is a mess - as they have changed so many configuration elements (seats that fold and others that don't and 5 / 7 passenger) etc... and cargo usability is limited due to different seat configurations. The 88.1 cu ft. number includes the frunk, So the X is only 18.6 cu ft larger than the current S and and has an even smaller delta to the classic model S's sans "D" with the larger frunk.
Comparison of Model X vs Model S Storage Space
Good thread here on the huge reduction in frunk size from classic to face-lifted bio-hazard mode Model S.
