Model Y West Coast waiting room (May 2021 orders)

Delivered on Friday! No big issues that we could see. There was splatter of some sort on the side view mirrors that we couldn’t remove and one side view mirror had some scuffing around an edge. But other than that, beautiful! Took the car for PPF, ceramic coating, and tint yesterday, minus the mirrors because the earliest service appointment I could get was for July 7 and I want the car protected. Will bring the car back for mirror PPF and coating after they are fixed.
I had chosen to pick up when I ordered, but was told that they were only scheduling home deliveries when I spoke to my SA after I got my VIN. This was confirmed today by someone who called to confirm delivery Friday morning and by the driver as well. Both told me that the Fremont delivery center is being used to deliver MS, so M3 and MY are being taken to Dublin.
MYP ordered May 16 | 5 seater | with tow | no FSD | VIN 212XXX received on June 22 | delivered June 25
*Was wondering if I was getting someone’s “reject” with a 212XXX VIN, but it has a June 2021 build date.
Also had 21 miles on it after delivery. I’m about 18 miles from the Tesla center in Dublin.Good luck to everyone waiting!

My EDD this morning was 7/5-7/25. After accepting Tesla/proceed with delivery, my EDD changed to 6/28-6/30. Been calling the store but nobody’s answering.

So jealous, that’s exactly me (even order date) except color. Fingers crossed mine isn’t far behind.

I have your exact build. Ordered on 5/6. Burbank delivery. No VIN yet! Exact story here... Loosing my mind with the 'Sept' madness. Seems like Sept just a default of some sort, while updating. Hope so at least!

Picked up my MY from Marina Del Rey yesterday and it was looking pretty darn good overall. Mild panel alignment issue with the trunk but not bad and all else looking pretty solid with the exterior. The only thing I might have the service center replace is the driver’s side door handle that is chipped. It’s small, but I’m just afraid it might get worse over time if not replaced now. There was also a minor rock chip in the exact spot that Tesla is now selling PPF for (the rear rocker panel). The interior was pretty much flawless and the quality control has gotten significantly better (VIN # 217xxx). All-in-all, I’m very happy with it! Good luck to all those picking up their cars soon.

Just got my VIN! Pick-up schedule for the 30th.

Yours is the first order in late May that has received VIN (discarding those who snapped inventory vehicles). Hopefully more May orders will be fulfilled before 30th June
We’ll, hot d**n, I just got a VIN. 215 = so it’s been sitting for about a week waiting in one of the Fremont lots. Disappointing but I’ll take it either way. Now waiting for delivery appointment in next 3 days.

Yeah hoping for some good news this week. Tesla SA was telling me first week of July despite the EDD.
It went from Edd September yesterday and this morning to ….Got my Vin # tonight…224xxx. Excited to get a car but nervous about the potential fit and finish of end of the quarter car. Fingers crossed that my pick up inspection goes smoothly.
I will need to schedule for pick up between 28-30th. Will need to read on how others have done this.
I hope more of us get vin # s in the coming days.

3rd day in a row with EDD of September. 
It doesn't seem like it will happen by June 30. My pre-approved financing expires on June 30. The wife is very concerned now and will need to get something else before school starts at the beginning of August. She's even given the go ahead to see what I can snag in inventory (as long as it's close to my config) knowing that it will be $2000 more than when I ordered.

Same here but dont want to go the existing inventory route. I would go for the MYP but I am restraining myself b/c its power I dont need with a little one on the way lol...This is the longest I have been on September. Worrying this doesnt really become a nightmare with delays until September.3rd day in a row with EDD of September.

Me too! Its been about 4 days now with the September EDD. My husband called and spoke to an SA in Corte Madera and they said they can see my build and that it should be 3 weeks. So fingers crossed that they are correct and not my Tesla account. I am in the same boat with my credit union also. Hopefully your hear something soon. Good Luck!
Ordered June 10th, delivered on Friday. 7 seats, white interior, 19" rims. I took it to Richard at Services | ShowCarPerfection.com to do CS-II titanium Ceramic coating inside and out. Pics dont do it justice, paint is blinding now. Interior he says should be able to wipe with water for years as it's completely sealed. Next up is figuring out rims, adding automatic frunk opener, and possibly swap out suspension to the ohlins coil over touring suspension. I didn't order FSD, hoping the subscription launches soon.
