Do you think you could take your Model Y through a drive through car wash with the mudflaps installed?
Thx for pics! Looks good... honestly we probably could get away trimming an inch off the bottom. I'm going to install mine today probably on my MYLR. We got a lot of snow in the Reno Tahoe area.Installed the Tesla Mudflaps. They look much better than I expected. I’m parked on an incline in the close up photo and there’s only about 1 inch clearance on my performance.

Mine wasn't missing a pin but mine was misaligned the moment I removed the old one but the new one went in no problem, took a little shimmy to make it happen with the new flaps and the new plastic pins; but, they worked and held great. Is anyone else missing a pin and misaligned? This is what I found when I went to install my flaps.
Tesla 20-21 Model Y Standard Rock Guards
$30 shipped!
I bought these ones they are front only, more a function over form flap. Rears aren’t necessary IMO. I just got snow tires put on and had first snow... it’s obvious that the rear tire sprays FORWARD of the wheel well more than towards the rear. Went with the Tesla PPF as it appears to mostly cover the spray I had.
These did the job well, I like them. Didn't see any major efficiently impacts (unlike ski racks which make the range 370+ Wh/mi instead of my average 280-290)
They definitely do the job of deflecting front tire spray, they were flexible enough that they bent when I parked over built up snow and ice.
I did hear them scrape today for the first time going up a steep switchback hill.
yeah I was missing one of the original ones that I hadnt noticed until I went to install these. Is anyone else missing a pin and misaligned? This is what I found when I went to install my flaps.
Do you have the stock 20" tires on those inductions? MSM and inductions is what I would want to get and was wondering how the tires handled winter weather driving.
Mine arrived yesterday and super easy to install. It prob took less than 5 mins and they fit really well. View attachment 633868View attachment 633869
