In the US?

turning low beam headlight has been used in the US more than a decade now. Advanced/matrix high beam function was just approved/implemented, but we are still waiting on Tesla to actually "turn it on or program it to function".

Matrix/Adaptive headlights are technically legal in the US now, but the specs / testing requirements for them to be approved haven't been released by the NHTSA so no manufacturer has activated them in the US yet.
