Maybe I did not read it all the way but do you have to get the Premium package to just get heated front seats? Can't believe that if that is true.
No, heated seats are standard in the front.
I could not find it anywhere where it says heated front seats are standard...

There appears to be one change on the interior, you can now get seats in "cream", which I don't remember seeing before.
Heated front seats are still listed on the model S specs page.
For me the changes are a net negative. Premium package has always been useless to me, especially once power liftgate was made standard. I have SAS now, and wouldn't miss it for the coils. I have UHFS, but it came on an inventory car, and I would not have paid extra for it - music just isn't important to me personally.
Now to get a heated steering wheel (which I have and really like) I have to pay $5000. Hopefully they continue to make changes to the package structure, but I'm not optimistic at this point, as it appears pretty streamlined, and we all know how much emphasis they are placing on that lately.
I'm sure for some this is overall an upgrade, but not for me. Before I would have ordered a new 75D @ $86,000. Now it's $90k due to forced inclusion of SAS, UHFS and the useless HEPA filter. Premium package still overpriced by $1k in my opinion.
I do really like the new 19" gray wheel option though. Always thought the gray wheels looked better, but didn't want to deal with 21s.

Where are you guys seeing the back seat changed. There is also a new back seat for Model S.

You mean this ??So that was, what? A 2-3 month period it was not offered on the 75? Now it's standard...
I wonder if the PUP audio upgrade is any different, the phrasing seems slightly different to me.
My hunch is the next change will be dropping the 75 and lowering the price of the 75D $2,500 to force people into the D, so no more RWD only models.
For $64,000 you can now get into a S75 without enhanced autopilot features or $69,000 with the enhanced autopilot features when including the tax credit. That includes no selected options, but they have gradually included more and more as a base model. The base model now includes things like a 0-60 time of 4.3sec, Smart Air Suspension, power lift gate, three position LED headlights, ambient interior lighting, heated mirrors, and active safety features even without enhanced autopilot features. That's a pretty sweet car at a pretty sweet price. That's a car that competes incredibly well with the BMWs and Mercedes of similar size and quality/features even before discussing the benefits of electric drive.
