Yes that was happening to me on 39.6. I just got 39.7 so not sure if it’s fixed. Is anyone else unable to review the release notes? After installing this version and seeing the release note screen once I can no longer call up the notes. I just see a blank box. Is this happening to anyone else?
Also got 39.7 just now. I’m hoping it fixes the major nav freezes I had today. Car location wouldn’t update through multiple mcu reboots. Sound kept cutting out. Had to fully power down and restart before it finally unstuck my car location and gave me nav updates again.
I never use spotify so I'll swap you one spotify for your autopilot updates...just got 39.7. Looks the same to me. Still no Spotify or Waze apps. Worthless.
Just did mine a to 39.7 an hour or so ago...Moderator note: The first 27 posts in this thread were moved from the 2018.39.6 thread.
Car updated to 2018.39.7
nope. got it on my non-AP. (HW0?)v9 2018.39.7 seems to be only going to HW2.5. Rolling out decently fast (now on TeslaFi).
I find this funny. People like you would be the first to complain if Tesla didn't fix bugs.just got 39.7. Looks the same to me. Still no Spotify or Waze apps. Worthless.
Me too (nonAP)nope. got it on my non-AP. (HW0?)
posted to ev-fw, but no clue about notes - updated via phone app from the comfort of my easy chair.
Side note: I really love sending directions to the car via my smartphone. Major time saver!
I presume it doesn't. You send a location to the car and the car navigates to it using the standard nav system. You're not sending it a route, so you're just saving the step of typing or saying the destination. How does it handle waypoints?
