Premium speakers?? Did it always show premium speakers before on 2021 models?

Does this mean that all the speakers are wired?

Does it mean we can go with an aftermarket amp and subwoofer to get a premium experience?

I am picking up tomorrow in Langley, VIN is 167xxx. I’m like 90% sure my VIN must’ve changed in the last week or so because I’m pretty sure it started with 15 before.

Well at least a year ago, Tesla used the same nomenclature for the SR+/RWD's speaker system.

Darn it. Okk thanks for clarifying. Now that SR+ comes 1 less speaker behind the screen i wonder if sound quality will degrade a bit .

Scheduled delivery for 11am on Friday (2/4). Due to Covid they said they only do deliveries so they’ll be dropping it off at my house. Will update about the battery and chip when received

Rumors are that all cars with Ryzen have physically heated wiper park that should get activated via software "soon",
Check for defroster lines at the base of your windshield where wipers park when not active.

I don’t think it’s going to help knowing what other Canadians are paying. It’s going to depend significantly on the city you’re in. Even neighbouring suburbs could vary greatly. When I was in Markham, I was paying $150 per month, then when I moved one block over, technically I was in Richmond Hill and the insurance premium increased to $220 for the exact same vehicle and driver. Try Sonnet insurance. Good luck!

I'm with TD due to discounts being a UofT alumni - current car is $125/month and was quoted another $130/month for the Model 3 (total $255) for insuring both. This is in East York, been driving for 20 years, no accidents or claims on my record.

QC is known to be a lot less than Ontario. So you can't compare between provinces, cities, your age, situation, etc.

No point of discussing insurances here. I feel its just a waste of time. It depends on so many different variables so you cannot really compare these. It will never be the same. Lets keep this thread on what it is intended to

I understand that various factors play a role, however i still think it’s a good idea to have other options that have proven cheap for others - would like to call and get a quote myself! Checking all options will never hurt!
