Purchased the Wheel and scheduled it for next Monday.

My appt is Wednesday. But I did tell the SC that I wanted the yoke back and they said to let the tech know and I can get it back if I wanted it.
But will know for certain on Wednesday.

Is that because they transfer it from the yoke, or does the round wheel come with it's own airbag and the leave the original with the yoke?

congrats on getting your wheel! I am going to stick with the Yoke... after a few more weeks of driving it... I still don't see why people hate it.
Also, they can't keep your airbag if you request it, though they may try and use this logic to say you can't keep it, but you owned it and drove with it... like any other dangerous piece of equipment they would just be obligated to ensure it is given to you safely. Once it is in your hands the liability is all yours!
Caveat: there may be some state laws that mandate this... but none that I am aware of.
I mean not as clear as having half a wheel missing. i imagine it‘s like the old S. Speedo for me is a little blocked. Nothing to complain about so far.
just got it on about 2 hours ago. its the pleather material with stitching.
Would be nice if the software team took 15 mins to move around some of the display items so they are easier to see with the full wheel.
Looks nice! Cannot wait for my appointment on the 7th. Messaged Tesla and they said they would leave the yoke in the car after install. Did not ask about airbag as I don't care.
