I’m told by a friend at Tesla. It’s the same stopping power as our current vehicles.Yes for sure.

I wouldn’t expect that to have changed. The ability to stop more times is what will have changed.I’m told by a friend at Tesla. It’s the same stopping power as our current vehicles.
Exactly.I wouldn’t expect that to have changed. The ability to stop more times is what will have changed.
Its interesting that they changed the caliper not the rotor, since the latter is the bigger issue according to the aftermarket at this point.I wouldn’t expect that to have changed. The ability to stop more times is what will have changed.
Thanks and not available already.
The front calipers are fine but the rear calipers on current production is a single piston floating setup, which can't really be changed easily in the aftermarket because of the integrated parking brake. Having monoblock multipiston calipers in the rear would provide a better base to start with if you are swapping rotors anyway. Its interesting that they changed the caliper not the rotor, since the latter is the bigger issue according to the aftermarket at this point.
Wish they had included stalks! Even paddles behind the wheel would be an upgrade. Wonder if it has a center horn?
I’ll take a metal roof thank youNow if they could just bring back the pano I’d be ready to order
"Quick, fix as much as you can before Elon comes back from Twitter!"Is this for real or is this some kind of Tesla screw up ?
See post #10.Wonder if this is because they are finally shipping the refreshed Model S and X in Europe and they have more stricter safety regulations.
Really hoping they would offer this as a retrofit for current owners.
Looks like it's only for the US market right now because that's the first thing I checked and it's not available in my account.See post #10.
